Don’t like raisins? No problem. For those who don’t like raisins but enjoy a little sweetness, Dates are the answer. Packed full of LOTS of sweet dates, which become a little jammy when baked, and add a beautiful toffee infused sweetness to the overall scone. It’s just a little something extra that allows you to enjoy our scones with not a lot of sugar in them, but that are still more than sweet enough to enjoy plain. Piled high with clotted cream and some curd or runny honey served with a cup of tea or coffee and you’ve got yourself the best brunch you could ever wish for! Especially when enhanced with a hint of cinnamon powder.

Ingredients:  All-Purpose Flour, Dates, Salt, Baking Powder, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Butter, Buttermilk, Fresh Cream

Storage: Store any leftover scones, well wrapped, in a cool dry place for 5 days.  Freeze for longer storage.
